PGA Championship Fantasy

The PGA Championship Fantasy Game is an annual fantasy experience hosted on pgachampionship.com, allowing fans to build a roster of golfers competing at the 2025 Quail Hollow tournament and compete based on real tournament performance during the event. The game includes leagues, roster management, and a global leaderboard across the full field of competing players.

I contributed to the PGA Championship game as part of my broader work across the PGA product line at Sports Technologies, specifically updating and improving the roster management experience, roster swaps, native app auth logic, and building out the daily leaderboard system. Unlike the Masters game which involved a full redesign, or Perfect 30 which was built from the ground up, the PGA Championship work was more targeted, identifying the parts of the experience that needed the most attention and improving them without rebuilding everything around them. The daily leaderboard itself was an entirely new functionality for the game this year and allowed users to view their score as it updated in real-time and compare that to other users across the experience day to day.
